Panpsychism
Experiential properties are present at the fundamental level of nature.
What it claims
Panpsychism denies that experience first appears from wholly nonexperiential ingredients only when brains become complex. On the micropsychist version considered here, fundamental entities have extremely simple experiential properties. This does not mean that a stone or thermostat thinks as a person does, or that every composite forms a conscious subject.
