Property dualism
A physical subject can have phenomenal properties irreducible to physical properties.
What it claims
Property dualism distinguishes physical properties from irreducible phenomenal properties without requiring a separate mental substance. A brain can be material while the character of what an experience feels like is not exhausted by a physical description. In its anti-physicalist form, the view denies that physical facts alone fix every fact.
