Libertarianism

Self-ownership and a just history of acquisition and transfer ground property rights.

What it claims

Libertarianism gives individuals strong rights over their bodies and capacities. In Nozick’s entitlement theory, a holding is just through just acquisition, just transfer, or rectification of past injustice. A distribution satisfying those conditions need not fit a pattern of equality, need, or merit.
